Membership
Membership in the Injury Board is restricted to firms that not only believe in the pursuit of civil justice but also work to preserve it. To be considered for membership, firms must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Leadership: A member of the firm must have held or currently hold/be in line to hold an executive committee level seat in their local, state or national trial lawyer association or bar association.
Board Certification: A member of the firm must be board certified in the area of civil trial law. This designation not only demonstrates a dedication to the practice of law but also proves a lawyer’s acumen in their area of practice.
In addition to meeting the above criteria, prospective members should also believe in the idea of giving back. Community service is paramount to our ideals and an important piece of the Injury Board’s DNA.
