Attorney Zachary M. Mandell’s practice areas include complex personal injury litigation, medical malpractice litigation, product liability litigation, liquor liability litigation, wrongful death litigation and a variety of mass tort litigation.
Attorney Mandell graduated from Clemson University (cum laude, 2008) and Roger Williams University School of Law (summa Cum Laude, 2011), where he served on the law review and was a member of the honors program. Attorney Zach Mandell was born and raised in Rhode Island, graduating high school from The Wheeler School (2004).
Attorney Mandell is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Rhode Island Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.
Attorney Mandell is a past President of the Rhode Island Association for Justice (“RIAJ”) (2016-2017), the largest organization of trial lawyers in the State of Rhode Island, and continues to serve on the organization’s Board of Governors. Attorney Mandell previously served as RIAJ’s President-Elect (2015-2016), Secretary/Treasurer (2014-2015), and Chairman of the CLE Committee.
Attorney Mandell was selected and currently serves on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice (“AAJ”). The American Association for Justice is the largest organization of trial lawyers in the country. Attorney Mandell also serves on the AAJ National College of Advocacy Board of Trustees, the National Finance Council and the Voter Protection Committee.
Attorney Mandell currently serves on the Rhode Island Bar Association’s House of Delegates, Superior Court Bench Bar Committee and the Federal District Court Bench Bar Committee.
