Meet Jeff Roberts

Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Jeff Roberts embodies the values of honesty, hard work, and dedication. Growing up in a working-class family in Gallatin, Tennessee, Jeff learned firsthand the importance of perseverance. As the first college graduate in his family, he earned political science degrees from Volunteer State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University, working three jobs to put himself through school. His early career as an insurance claims adjuster exposed him to the unfair tactics used by insurance companies to minimize payouts to injured individuals. Disheartened by these practices, Jeff made the bold decision to switch sides—leaving the insurance industry to pursue law, determined to fight for those whose lives had been upended through no fault of their own.

After earning his law degree in 1999, Jeff built his legal career around protecting the rights of the injured and disabled. Over the years, he has successfully handled cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, civil rights violations, and disability claims. He is admitted to all Tennessee state courts and multiple U.S. District Courts across the state. After co-founding a successful Nashville-based personal injury firm, Jeff established Jeff Roberts & Associates, PLLC in 2016, continuing his mission of relentless advocacy. Recognized by The National Trial Lawyers “Top 100”, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, Jeff has also been featured as a legal expert on NewsChannel 5 and has taught Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars across multiple states.

Beyond the courtroom, Jeff is deeply committed to his community. In 2020, he became an adjunct professor at Volunteer State Community College, sharing his legal knowledge with aspiring professionals. When he’s not fighting for his clients, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Deltah, and their twin sons, Corey and Caleb. Whether boating, fishing, duck hunting, or traveling, family remains at the heart of everything he does. From his downtown Nashville office, with a view of the historic Ryman Auditorium, Jeff Roberts continues to stand as a fierce advocate for justice, helping injured Tennesseans reclaim their lives.
