Meet Brandi Staley-Sladek

Brandi supports clients through complex injuries and personal losses with her characteristic warmth, effervescence, and compassion. Her practice focuses on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation and wrongful death. Since 2020, she has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the profession.

She is passionate about the state and local Columbus legal community. She was selected as an Ohio State Bar Foundation Fellow, and currently serves as the Law School Chair for the Women Lawyers of Franklin County executive board and Membership Co-Chair of The Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer Inn of Court. Brandi is a former Co-Chair of the Columbus Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee, Columbus Bar Association Barrister Leader, and an active member of the Ohio Association for Justice.

Brandi graduated magna cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2017 where she was the Managing Editor of the Capital University Law Review, a Student Ambassador, and a pro bono honors student. Brandi also has a B.S. from Clemson University in environmental and natural resources with a concentration in economics and policy. Her Law Review article, which was published in 2017, married her passion for environmentalism, politics, and the law.

In her free time, Brandi volunteers with the Columbus Metropolitan Library in the Homework Help Center. She is a board member of the nonprofit Slow Food Columbus and an active participant in the Columbus Area Clemson Alumni chapter.

When she finally stops moving, you can find her reading in her hammock, walking her hyperactive dogs, or baking goodies for anyone and everyone.
