Nestled in Nashville’s historic 5th Avenue of the Arts District, The Bard Room is a unique venue dedicated to teaching trial lawyers the art of storytelling. Founded by attorney Jeff Roberts, with Creative Director Max T. Barnes and Program Director Laurie Goodman (former Executive Director of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College), The Bard Room brings together professional storytellers, songwriters, and trial lawyers to master the discovery, construction, and delivery of client stories effectively. This collaborative approach enhances attorneys’ abilities to connect with juries and advocate for their clients.
Beyond its educational programs, The Bard Room offers its distinctive space for rent, providing an ideal setting for executive meetings and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) sessions. Located in the heart of Nashville’s vibrant arts scene, The Bard Room stands as a testament to the power of storytelling in the legal profession, fostering a community where legal expertise and creative expression converge.
