We are pleased to announce this year’s Day of Action program. This year’s IB Day of Action — Gift of Hope — is geared towards bringing joy, providing distractions, and supporting children’s hospitals, which can positively impact the children’s emotional and physical well-being.
During this year’s event, member firms will collect toys, books, art supplies, stuffed animals, and other comfort items for hospitalized children.
Hospital stays can be challenging for children and their families. Comfort items help reduce stress, aid in emotional expression, and make hospital environments less intimidating. With rising costs, hospitals rely more on community donations to maintain the needed stock of these items. By organizing this event, we’re helping bring moments of joy and relief to young patients and their families, supporting their resilience.
