W. Stacy Miller II is the founder of Miller Law Group, PLLC, and a highly respected attorney with over three decades of experience representing clients who have been seriously injured or killed due to negligence, unsafe products, or consumer fraud. Stacy’s expertise spans complex litigation in both state and federal courts, including qui tam suits, medical malpractice, product liability, and class actions. His dedication to justice is exemplified by his involvement in landmark cases like the Weston Androw case, which led to the enactment of “Weston’s Law” to improve elevator safety in rental homes.

Stacy’s commitment to advocacy is further demonstrated by his recent appointment to the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the victims of toxic water at Camp Lejeune, highlighting his role in pursuing justice for those affected by this significant tragedy.
